Fandom High Office, Thursday, October 12

Today was slightly weirder than most days in the office. That's because there was a large group of tiny, blue-shirted creatures who randomly dropped onto Nicole from Accounting's desk. They followed each other single file and tried to make their way down to floor level with parasols to slow their descent, or by making a tunnel in the desk with either a pickaxe or by digging straight down, or using tiny dynamite.

It was hypnotic, watching these, oh, let's call them Lemmings for lack of a better word, make their way down from the desk. And then another group dropped down onto another desk. And another. All this with the simple goal of getting to the floor, bashing through the office door, and leaving to go elsewhere.

[OOC: Lemmings are appearing all over town today. Feel free to mod them into your posts either marching past or suddenly dropping down from nowhere and starting a march off somewhere. Lemmings are about four inches tall. Any drop of more than about two feet will probably kill them and they will disappear, so you don't have to worry about dead Lemmings.

I do have an finale for this planned out that will go up tonight.

Any property damage will be taken care of. I have an idea for that, too.

Also, Lemmings game!]

I was just thinking about this game the other night.

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Yeah, I opened it up for the link. I did not start playing otherwise I would never get to work. I'd have to call in sick with a case of Lemmings.

It's actually really good. Very much like the original game.

I used to work for the company that created the game, right as it came out. Ah, memories. Sheer madness.

Well if I don't surface to play tonight, you'll know who to blame.

We used to play the game for hours at work, under the guise of "playtesting" and "looking for bugs." ;)

MWAHAHAHAHAHA. Evil plan = SUCCESS! Nick = HAPPY! Math in lieu of actual sentences = nice running gag for this comment!

Evil plan ( Nick + Math in lieu of actual sentences )^2 + x = 42

Solve for 'x'.

Nope! Did you remember that ( a + b )^2 = a^2 + ab + b^2 ?

Also, I've lost my mind and can't remember where one would go to discuss detention alternatives though I'm thinking it's possibly here?
