The heating problem was fixed. So fixed, in fact, that it had reversed itself. Far too much had been replaced by nowhere near enough.

There were icicles hanging off the moose's antlers, and the water cooler was entirely frozen.

The staff were huddling together for warmth and contemplating setting fire to the desks.
