Fandom High Office, Monday, March 14th

For some reason known only to the island, the carpet in the office had been completely replaced by the time the office workers got there in the morning. Not by another carpet, or by wooden floors, or by any normal type of floor at all-- it was... flowers.

Spring flowers.

And no matter how hard anyone trod on them, they just kept veering right back up, as if divine intervention kept them intact. The moose tried munching on some of them - they immediately grew back. The watercooler broke and fell on top of the mat, and they actually pushed it back upright.

"This is the most useful madness we've had in weeks," was the verdict, and everyone got back to work.
