Fandom High Office, Monday, May 30th
May. 30th, 2011 10:44 am"It's still raining, isn't it," Ida said, mournfully.
Bob, who was standing on an upturned bucket in the middle of the office just to avoid drowning, was understandably not amused.
"Oh, put a sock in it," she groused over his protests. "My ankles are getting wet, and these shoes really aren't waterproof. And the whole place stinks of wet moose!"
"Maybe we should open the door," Head of Accounting offered, "And fix the hole in the roof."
"Don't be ridiculous," Ida replied. "What if we get hit by a tidal wave and we need to climb out?"
They had no answer.
