The Joss lookalike, for maximum brainbreaky completely indistinguishable office drone takes the paperwork and puts it into one of those nifty hydraulic tubes to send it off for approval. (Hey, at least he remembered the canister this time. Necessary at Fandom, really, because a paper-eating creature lives in the tubes.)

Shortly afterward, another canister pops into the return tube, and the paperwork, now stamped "APPROVED" in frighteningly bright red ink, is summarily handed back to Angel by the office drone.
