fh_officeIt wasn't until May 10th that the staff of the office managed to crawl up and out of the giant paperwork maze that had been called into being because of the upcoming summer session. Ida was sure she'd aged at least three years while in there.
The moose smelled like ratty newspapers. The elk had a bad case of red-eye. And the interns had all been bumped up in true horror-movie fashion, starting with the kids who'd had sex with each other behind the class forms.
But now they were free. Free.
"FREEDOM!" Ida crowed, and promptly keeled over due to a case of the brave-caps.
